Benefits Of A Light Bow

It doesn’t take much to get out into the woods these days hunting the odd whitetail deer with the trusty Mathews Drenalin compound bow. In fact, with such a fine shooting bow there’s nothing like it in the world.

When the conditions are right and there’s plenty of game afoot the bow feels as light as a feather even if you have to carry it all day. That’s one of the real benefits of buying a bow that is lighter than the normal bow. When you need to carry your bow over a wide range of terrain, though tight spaces and then have to hold it steady to aim, you appreciate that it has been trimmed of each of those extra ounces.

Now as long as I can get my aim just a little straighter I’d be much happier.
