I’ve decided to never give a tie as a present again. Sure, many men need them, but who wants to be reminded of a place that most cannot wait to get away from five days a week. I’ve decided that I would like to be known for finding cool presents for men
. I’ve got a bunch of birthdays coming up in my family and this seems like a great time to start.
To be honest, I have not really been sure where to start with this little undertaking. I guess the best thing to do would be looking for what each guy likes. It is probably also important to take into consideration how technologically advanced the person is. It wouldn’t be too cool to give a guy who is happy listening to CDs the latest in personal music systems. There is a good chance that it will get put into a drawer after he reads about one paragraph of instructions.
The best plan for finding cool gifts for guys is probably just looking for ways to extend what they are already interested in and possibly buy them an upgrade of something they already like. That will be my plan for now and I’ll see how it goes.
