The past 20 years or so, Cuba has partnered with many foreign investors in order to build a bustling tourist industry that takes advantage of the country’s plentiful beaches and year-round nice weather. Many resorts in Cuba are getting quite large. Take for instance the resort area of Varadero which now has over 50 hotels and resorts and boasts Cuba’s very first golf course. There are also smaller resort areas like Cayo Coco and the quaint , but beautiful, Cayo Guillermo. Along with the beach resorts and hotels, tourists also visit some of the great historical areas of Cuba like the old town part of Havana and the city of Camaguey with its rich Cuban history. In fact, if you are looking for a great deal on visiting some of these more historic parts of Cuba, the Camaguey hotels are some of the nicest you will find in all of Cuba. The same goes for many of the hotels in Havana.
