While there should always be more than just what’s on this list, vegetables and fruits are generally the most healthy foods you can have. If imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then these other diets have proved that whether or not negative calorie foods actually work, they’re definitely good to add to any diet to move towards a healthier lifestyle.
