If you are looking for some quick weight loss then there is what you might try: do the Slim Fast thing and actually stick to it for a month.  Put in a solid hour of exercise each day and replace your first two meals with those awful shakes.  If you actually do this and stick to it and do not cheat then you will look like a supermodel after a few months.

There are other fast weight loss diets you can try though.  If you don’t want to starve for 3 months, why not try starving for 3 days?  This actually works: simply drink juice for 3 days straight and put in the same exercise as you normally would.  You will drop about 3 pounds per day on average and you will feel great doing this.  People think they will be hungry but in fact your digestive system will shut off completely and you will feel no hunger.
