If you are looking for the quickest way to loose weight, then the answer will probably be to go on some type of diet where you won’t be very much for a period of 5 to 7 days. Keep in mind that this type of diet is for people who need to lose some weight in a short amount of time for reasons such as an upcoming public event. You can do this by drinking a lot of water and eating foods that are high in fiber as well as fruits while cutting all other types of food out. This isn’t for everyone though since it can be very unhealthy. The reason isn’t that you are eating unhealthy foods but because you are depriving your body of nutrients.
