In fact, I would suggest staying away from these types of stocks. History has shown that the biggest stock market winners, started their price increases at around $30 a share. That being said a lot of people are interested in buying penny stocks. If this is you, his program might be for you. But, be warned that most people do not make money in penny stocks. Like all stocks, they can and do go down in value. Even the best stocks go down in price. With the volatility of the market today, I would probably stick to higher priced stocks. To each his own and you might be different than me.
