Is your electric shaver not quite working as well as it used to? Maybe you’re not getting as close of a shave and you’ve already tries changing or sharpening the blades. Maybe it’s just the battery!

Electric shavers need a certain voltage running through them to work like they’re supposed to. An old battery that has been charged many times can often give a decreased amount of power, causing the shaver to not work too well. Before you throw it out, try getting the battery changed. It’s a simple fix that is relatively cheap compared to buying a whole new shaver.

Either look at the manual (if you still have it), look inside of it (if it’s easy to open – if not, don’t try it) or simply do a search on the Web for your shaver’s model number. You should easily be able to find the right battery for it.
