There is a new fad in the ice cream world folks, and it is not some zany new flavor. No, instead people everywhere are getting into home brewing of their own ice cream. How do they do this? It’s simple: all you really need is to purchase an ice cream maker from any one of a hundred different manufacturers. For instance, Cuisinart is well known for their kitchen appliances. And they do indeed have an ice cream maker called the ICE-20 which is both cheap and solid in its performance. I would say it retails for around $35 the last time I checked. Of course, you can get really fancy with this and buy some Italian ice cream makers, but that is only for the people with money to burn and a real passion for making their own ice cream.
