This seven day fat loss program represents a very interesting fast weight loss diet that will allow you to lose around 5 pounds a week if followed properly. You could try some light exercises that you can do at home with some adjustable dumbbells.
DAY I
- Breakfast – 8-9 pm: 1 yogurt (0.1% fat) and whole grains
- Snack – at 10-11 am: 2 kiwis
- Noon – 2 pm: grilled chicken and coleslaw
- Snack – 4-5 pm: 1 apple
- Dinner – 7 pm tops: grilled chicken and coleslaw
DAY II
- Breakfast: 1 cup of skimmed milk, 1 slice of cheese, one boiled egg, a slice of toast
- Snack: 1 apple
- Noon: grilled or baked fish, season salad
- Snack pm: 1 apple
- Dinner: grilled or baked fish and coleslaw
DAY III
- Breakfast: 1 orange, 1 kiwi 1 apple
- Snack: 1 yogurt
- Noon: grilled chicken and season salad
- Snack: 1 yogurt or yogurt with fruit
- Dinner: 1 orange and 1 kiwi fruit
DAY IV
- Breakfast: baked fish, cottage cheese, 1 boiled egg
- Snack: 2 kiwis
- Lunch: grilled or baked fish, season salad
- Snack: 1 yogurt or drinking
- Dinner: grilled or baked fish, season salad
DAY V
- Breakfast: season salad, cheese
- Snack: 1 fruit yogurt
- Lunch: grilled or baked chicken, coleslaw
- Snack: 2 kiwis
- Dinner: 1 canned tuna in oil or water (tuna pieces), season salad
DAY VI
- Breakfast: 1 cup of skimmed milk, 1 slice of cheese, 1 boiled egg, 1 slice of toast
- Snack: 1 yogurt or drinking
- Lunch: baked or grilled fish, coleslaw
- Snack: 1 skimmed yogurt
- Dinner: grilled or baked fish, salad season
Day VII
- Breakfast: 2 kiwis and 2 apples
- Snack: 1 fruit yogurt
- Lunch: grilled chicken breast and season salad
- Snack: 1 skimmed yogurt
- Dinner: grilled or baked chicken and coleslaw
After you finished a week take a break and start again if you want to lose more weight. The schedule from the first day go for the rest of the days also. Just stick to the schedule and the fast weight loss diet plan and you will lose weight in no time. If you feel any adverse reactions stop dieting immediately.
