Using Adjustable Weight Dumbbells To Get Fit.

This is the truth – I am about as anti exercise as you can get.  I would rather read a book than do just about any kind of exercising at all.

That being said, I am also very, very vain, and I like to look good and feel good too.  So I exercise….

I’ve found a way to make my exercise sessions really effective.  I use adjustable weight dumbbells to get into shape and to make my workouts more efficient

What I have found is that if I add weights to my workout routine and do exerices like squat presses that use large muscle groups I get maximum benefit.  I burn more calories and my body becomes leaner and more sculpted.  The best part?  It only takes 20 to 30 minutes 3 times a week.  Pretty awesome for a chronic exercise avoider.
